Independence Day Celebrations with Good Food & Friends

"Freedom lies in being bold." - Robert Frost

This Independence Day, we’re focusing on boldness. Boldness in fighting for better mental health. Boldness in our flavor. Boldness in our health. Here at Hope Foods, we are fearless with our ingredients and flavors. Our hummus delves away from classics (we’ve got those covered, too, though) and goes where no other hummus dares to go: with flavors like Avocado Lime, Thai Coconut Curry, Black Garlic, and Jalapeno Cilantro, your tastebuds and menu won’t be lacking boldness. This 4th of July, when you’ve gathered with your friends and family for a BBQ in your backyard or a park, serve dishes featuring our flavorful hummus for a powerful punch to your taste buds.

Serve Our Hummus Alone...

Keep it simple for your 4th of July cookout by serving one of our dips with dippable items – think crackers, carrot sticks, vegetable slices, chips, bread, and more. We have 8 flavors of hummus. Here’s the lineup:

HOPE Original Hummus Lid

Original Recipe

This recipe is a classic that can’t be beaten. We take pride in our recipe: rich Extra Virgin Olive Oil, blended with bright lemon, creamy tahini, black pepper, cumin, cayenne pepper, and of course – garbanzo beans – is smooth and a favorite with veggies, pita chips, bread, and more. It’s fantastic served traditionally with gyros as well.

Black Garlic Hummus from HOPE Foods

Black Garlic Hummus

Black garlic is made by roasting whole garlic cloves at very low heat for 30-40 days. This process transforms the garlic into a caramelized, roasted flavor that is unique and delicious. That special flavor is the star of this hummus flavor. It’s fantastic served in a variety of ways, but really shines the most when served with crusty bread.

Jalapeno Cilantro Hummus from HOPE Foods

Jalapeño Cilantro Hummus

If you’re a fan of cilantro, then this hummus flavor is made for you. Our unique recipe blends organic cilantro and organic jalapenos for a taste you’re not used to when it comes to hummus. It’s flavorful and delicious, and oh-so-yummy served with any Mexican flavors like quesadillas, corn chips, roasted corn, tacos, chile, burritos, and more.

Red Pepper Hummus from HOPE FOODS

Red Pepper Hummus

Blending the flavors of red pepper and hummus is brilliant: they meld perfectly. This bright, yet smooth hummus is made with no harmful additives, and is organic and GMO-free. Serve it on its own, or use it in place of mayo and mustard on a sandwich for a fresh, lemony, creamy flavor you’ll keep coming back for again and again.

Spicy Avocado Hummus from HOPE Foods

Spicy Avocado Hummus

Sometimes it can be difficult to decide between guacamole, salsa, and hummus (oh, the choices!). Now, you don’t have to: Our hummus has creamy and smooth avocado blended in and has been a top seller for years. This hummus is fantastic on tacos, dipped with chips, or eaten by itself with a spoon (don’t judge it till you’ve tried it).

Thai Coconut Curry Lid from Hope Hummus

Thai Coconut Curry Hummus

This is one of our most unique flavors. This hummus has fragrant curry, shredded organic coconut, and fresh jalapenos blended in. It’s exotic, a punch of flavor, and one of the best things we’ve ever eaten (and we have a lot of fantastic flavors). We love this hummus paired with Asian fare – cauliflower rice bowls, wraps, and more.

Sea Salt & Olive OIl Hummus Lid

Sea Salt and Olive Oil Hummus

If you are a fan of sea salt and oil potato chips, then you’ll absolutely be a fan of this hummus. This decadent and rich hummus is made with 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil, organic chickpeas, sea salt, and a hint of rosemary. This flavor goes well with bread, roasted vegetables, and grilled or roasted meats such as chicken or pork.

Avocado Lime Hummus

Our Spicy Avocado Hummus was such a hit, we decided to do a spin-off. This is the latest of our culinary innovations: blended organic chickpeas, EVOO, organic hand-picked avocados, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice. This non-spicy hummus is the perfect topping to almost any dish – from tacos to veggies, to cauliflower rice bowls.
