Easy Veggie Hummus Cup Snack Hack!

Ingredients:

Assorted Colorful Vegetables: peeled and sliced into matchstick size, we used carrots, bell peppers, celery and cucumbers, other ideas—snap peas, tomatoes, radishes, green beans, jicama

Your favorite Hope Hummus: We used HOPE Sea Salt + Olive Oil and HOPE Jalapeno Cilantro

Directions:

To assemble—Layer your favorite HOPE hummus at the bottom of each cup or jar. Peel and slice the veggies in to matchsticks. Cut them the length of the cup or a little taller so they are peaking out the top. Add a mixture of veggies to each jar. Now you have your own portable dipping station! Get snacking!!
