Cashew & Almond Dip Pinwheels 3-Ways

3 flavors of HOPE Cashew & Almond Dip, we used: Chocolate, Spinach Artichoke, and Roasted Garlic
6-10 Large tortillas
For Chocolate: chopped strawberries, oranges, blueberries, and kiwi
For Spinach Artichoke: chopped artichoke hearts, handful of spinach, salt + pepper
For Roasted Garlic: veggies-on-hand mixture: cucumber, yellow bell pepper, red onion, carrot, chopped cilantro, salt + pepper


  1. Chop and prep desired fruits and veggies.
  2. Spread Hope Cashew & Almond Dip over tortillas. Layer veggies or fruit on top and roll tightly. Wrap each in plastic wrap, twisting ends to seal.
  3. Before cutting, refrigerate for a few hours if possible – this allows them to firm up and keep their shape!
  4. When ready, unwrap and cut with your sharpest, serrated knife. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
