As you’re prepping for the holiday, perhaps you don’t want to load everyone up with five thousand calories of butter and oil. And thankfully, you don’t have to—there are tons of scrumptious recipes for healthy Thanksgiving snacks that will keep your guests both fit and full.

The secret ingredient? Hummus! As it turns out, this nutrient-packed and flavorful dip is good for more than accompanying veggie sticks.
