1 8oz Tub Hope Spicy Avocado Hummus
1 Mini Seedless Cucumber, sliced thin
1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced into strips for stem
1 Box of Crackers, make sure they are large enough to fit cucumber slices


Spread Hope Spicy Avocado Hummus on to a cracker. Then arrange 3 cucumber slices in a shamrock shape and add the bell pepper for the stem. Repeat, and arrange on a platter for serving!
