Once the corn is fully cooked and lightly charred, remove it from the grill. Spread a generous layer of Hope Cashew & Almond Dip on each ear of corn. Sprinkle with cotija cheese (optional), chopped cilantro and a squeeze of lime.
Serve warm with additional lime wedges and fresh herbs. Enjoy!!
