Spicy Mexican Street Corn with Hope Cashew & Almond Dip

6-8 Ears of Corn, buttered and sprinkled with salt and pepper

HOPE Cashew & Almond Dip, Spicy Pepper + Spinach & Artichoke flavors

Garnish with:

  • Cotija Cheese (optional)
  • Cilantro
  • Limes


  1. Grill the corn.
  2. Once the corn is fully cooked and lightly charred, remove it from the grill. Spread a generous layer of Hope Cashew & Almond Dip on each ear of corn. Sprinkle with cotija cheese (optional), chopped cilantro and a squeeze of lime.
  3. Serve warm with additional lime wedges and fresh herbs. Enjoy!!
