Ingredients:
- 1 8oz tub of Hope Original Recipe Hummus
- Fresh rosemary sprigs
- Vegan cheddar, mozzarella, and smoked Gouda cheese (we used Daiya, Good Plant, and Nuts for Cheese)
- Vegan pepperoni slices
- Raspberries
- Olives
- Pickles (we used cornichons)
- Almonds (we used Marcona Truffle)
- Apricot jam
- Assorted vegan crackers and pretzels
- Homemade vegan white chocolate-covered pretzels *recipe below
Directions:
- Optional ideas to elevate your platter: Use cookie cutters to cut out festive shapes from the cheese slices. Make plant-based pepperoni roses– take four slices of vegan pepperoni, fold them, and then carefully roll them into tight circles, securing them together with a skewer. Make your own vegan white chocolate covered pretzels– Melt vegan white chocolate chips, dip pretzels, and let them set on a tray until firm.
- To Make the Vegan Charcuterie Wreath: Place fresh rosemary sprigs in and along the outer edge of a circular or wreath shaped board.
- Arrange the vegan cheeses, pepperoni roses, raspberries, olives, pickles, jam, crackers and pretzels on the platter
- Place the tub of Hope Original Recipe Hummus in the center for a scrumptious dipping experience!
