Build-Your-Own Veggie Slider Bar with Roasted Red Pepper Hummus BBQ Sauce, vegan + dairy-free

Ingredients:
Slider/Burger Bar Essentials
Rolls + Buns + Burgers:
Homemade or store-bought buns or rolls, grilled
Your favorite veggie burgers, homemade or store-bought. *tip: if using store bought we love Hilary’s and Dr. Pragers! To make them slider size, thaw them and reshape them into smaller patties! Add a little HOPE hummus to bind if needed
Roasted Red Pepper Hummus BBQ Sauce:
In a blender add: ¼ C HOPE Red Pepper Hummus, ½ C Ketchup, ½ tsp of — chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, 1 ½ tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp tomato paste, blend until smooth
Veggies + Toppings:
Tomatoes
Mustard
Slaw
Red Onion
Lettuce
Pickles
Directions:
On a large tray or serving platter arrange toppings, burgers, buns and sauces. Condiments are best served in bowls while the sliced tomatoes, onions and lettuce can fill in the gaps. Add your favorite vegetables and spreads to mix and match and have fun with it!
