Red Pepper Ombre Toast

1/2 cup Red Pepper Hope Hummus
Almond cream cheese
GF bread
Pea shoots or microgreens
Avocado, sliced


  1. Toast thick slices of bread.
  2. In small bowls, mix hummus with different amounts of cream cheese, increasing as you go in order to create lighter and darker shades of red. 
  3. Spread hummus mixture on toast in lines, going from light to dark to create an ombre effect.
  4. Top with pea shoots and avocado slices.
