Loaded Spring Veggie Beet Hummus

2 8oz Tub Hope Original Hummus ½ Cup raw beets, grated Toppings: Watermelon radish, thinly sliced Purple cauliflower, broken into small pieces Asparagus tips Peas Lemon zest Edible flowers, (violas)


  1. In a blender add 2 tubs of Hope Original Hummus and ½ cup raw grated beets. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the beet hummus into a medium size bowl and add desired toppings. For our toppings we chose– thinly sliced watermelon radish, purple cauliflower, asparagus tips, peas, lemon zest, and violas (edible flowers!). Serve with crackers and colorful veggies. Enjoy!
