Red Pepper Mac and Cheese with Broccoli

1 box gluten-free shells
1/2 cup Red Pepper Hope Hummus
1/2 cup almond milk
1 cup raw cashews
1 clove garlic
3 tbsp evoo
1/4 onion
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 head broccoli


Cook Banza shells according to instructions on box. Blend all other ingredients (besides broccoli) until smooth and creamy. Chop broccoli and steam for a few minutes until bright green. Mix everything together and dig in!
