Black Garlic Tuna Salad Buddha Bowl

  • 1/4 cup Black Garlic Hope Hummus
  • 1 can Safe Catch Elite Wild Tuna
  • Arugula
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mini bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 jalapeno, sliced


  • 1. Mix together tuna and hummus until well combined.
  • 2. Arrange all ingredients in a bowl and top with a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper.
