Black Bean & Chickpea Bites

1 cup black beans
1/2 cup chickpeas
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/3 cup onion
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp hemp seeds
black pepper


  1. In a food processor, combine black beans, chickpeas, cilantro, onion, seasonings, & hemp seeds. Pulse until texture is smooth.
  2. Form into mini patties, and cook on the stove top with avocado oil until crispy on both sides.
  3. Enjoy with Black Garlic HOPE hummus!
