Roasted Garlic Pizza with Mushrooms, Spinach and Feta

Pizza Crust (store bought or homemade)

Sauce: Hope Roasted Garlic Cashew and Almond Dip

Mushrooms, sautéed
Spinach, cooked until wilted
Feta cheese
Mozzarella cheese
Sundried tomatoes
Chicken: cooked, diced (optional)


  1. Preheat at oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Spread Hope Roasted Garlic Cashew and Almond dip onto the pizza crust. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, feta cheese, and remaining toppings.
  3. Place in the oven and bake for 15min or until cheese is bubbly and crust has started to brown.
  4. Cut into slices and serve warm.
