Roasted Garlic Pizza with Mushrooms, Spinach and Feta

Yield: 6 servings
Pizza Crust (store bought or homemade)
Sauce: Hope Roasted Garlic Cashew and Almond Dip
Spinach, cooked until wilted
Chicken: cooked, diced (optional)
- Preheat at oven to 425 degrees.
- Spread Hope Roasted Garlic Cashew and Almond dip onto the pizza crust. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, feta cheese, and remaining toppings.
- Place in the oven and bake for 15min or until cheese is bubbly and crust has started to brown.
- Cut into slices and serve warm.
