Roasted Butternut Squash + Sage Pizza

1/2 tub Original Recipe Hope Hummus
1 Cappello’s Naked Paleo Pizza Crust
2 cups thinly sliced butternut squash
1/4 cup sage leaves
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/2 cup shredded parmesan
1 tbsp pine nuts
2 tbsp evoo
1 handful arugula or fresh greens
salt and pepper to taste


  1. Spread hummus on crust in a thin layer and top with squash, sage, red onion, parmesan and pine nuts.
  2. Drizzle olive oil and bake at 425 degrees F for 18-25 minutes or until crust is golden and sage is crispy.
  3. Remove from the oven and top with a handful of baby arugula.  Slice and serve immediately!
