Ingredients:

8oz Hope Original Recipe Hummus
1 raw or roasted beet
Shaved asparagus
Sweet peas
Avocado
Cracked black pepper

Directions:

  1. Blend hummus with beet until smooth and creamy.
  2. Toast bread and spread with beet hummus mixture.
  3. Top slices with shaved asparagus, sweet peas, avocado and black pepper.
