Ingredients:

Thai Coconut Curry Hope Hummus
Collard greens, to wrap
Fresh veggies (we used mushroom, red onion, sprouts, carrots, cucumber, cabbage)

Directions:

Spread hummus on a large collard green. Layer veggies on top and wrap gently. Secure with a toothpick and enjoy!
