Ingredients:
ICE CREAM INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup HOPE Plant-Based Chocolate Dip
1 cup strawberries 3 frozen bananas
1/2 cup nut milk
5 ice cubes
1 tbsp cacao powder
CHOCOLATE SAUCE INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp coconut oil
Directions:
- Blend bananas, ice cubes and nut milk until smooth. Separate into three bowls.
- Blend strawberries with one bowl and plant-based chocolate dip with another bowl.
- Layer ice cream in jars and top with strawberries.
- Melt coconut oil with cacao powder and drizzle on top of ice cream jars—it will harden immediately!
