Buffalo Bleu Chicken Salad Wraps

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups chopped cooked chicken
1 stalk celery, chopped
¼ cup carrots, chopped
¼ cup green onion, chopped
⅓ cup Buffalo Bleu HOPE Hummus
¼ cup mayonnaise
salt
pepper
lettuce
whole wheat wraps

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine chopped chicken, celery, carrots and green onion.
  2. Stir in Buffalo Bleu Hummus and mayonnaise, mixing well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. On the wraps, spread lettuce and chicken salad mixture. Want to kick up the heat? Top with some hot sauce.
  4. Wrap and enjoy!
