Buffalo Bleu Chicken Salad Wraps

1 ½ cups chopped cooked chicken
1 stalk celery, chopped
¼ cup carrots, chopped
¼ cup green onion, chopped
⅓ cup Buffalo Bleu HOPE Hummus
¼ cup mayonnaise
whole wheat wraps
- In a medium bowl, combine chopped chicken, celery, carrots and green onion.
- Stir in Buffalo Bleu Hummus and mayonnaise, mixing well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- On the wraps, spread lettuce and chicken salad mixture. Want to kick up the heat? Top with some hot sauce.
- Wrap and enjoy!
