Black Bean & Chickpea Bites

Plan for: 20 minutes
Yield: 3 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup black beans
  • 1/2 cup chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/3 cup onion
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • black pepper

Directions:

  • 1. In a food processor, combine black beans, chickpeas, cilantro, onion, seasonings, & hemp seeds. Pulse until texture is smooth.
  • 2. Form into mini patties, and cook on the stove top with avocado oil until crispy on both sides.
  • 3. Enjoy with Black Garlic HOPE hummus!
