Vegan Artichoke Dip: The Dip of All Dips

To many, spinach and artichoke dip is the dip of all dips. They argue ranch is too soupy, french onion is too processed but spinach and artichoke is the perfect consistency to load onto not only chips but also crackers or even bread! I mean just try spreading ranch dressing onto bread. Artichoke dip is deliciously cheesy but full of veggies so it’s also healthy right?!? Well, we will get to that last aspect in a minute, but yes, artichoke and spinach dip is always a crowd-pleaser and it is easy to see why everyone loves it. It’s chock full of cheese and served all warm and bubbling. However, although the veggies definitely give it a health boost, it is hard to negate the copious amounts of cheese and mayo that a typical recipe uses. So how does one indulge in this amazing flavor profile without feeling icky and heavy the next day? The secret is to keep that creaminess and flavor but dump the dairy and mayo. Now, many might think this feat is impossible but that is only because they have yet to try our new vegan artichoke dip: Introducing the crowd-pleasing Spinach and Artichoke Cashew and Almond Dip!
